Research proves that activity for purpose can nurture deep and meaningful connection – like volunteering for a cause – is a very effective way to tackle loneliness.1 Our Madagascar Project involved crafting and creating school bags, pencil cases, toys, dolls, and blankets for the orphans and street children of Madagascar. Participants in this program found a deep sense of self-worth and connection.
