Colin McJannett
Chair
Colin has held governance responsibilities as Chair for both Primary Health and Social Service organisations. This involved amalgamation of organisations, development and regional launch of NZ Government's health strategy. He is a Trustee of the Manawatu Community Trust with responsibilities for the promotion and provision of housing for the elderly and disabled and promotion of health and wellbeing services for residents. Previously, General Manager with Westpac Financial Services involved the national retirement plan and unit trusts, included responsibility for product design, development, pricing, profitability, service, administration and accounting functions. Twenty years' experience with AMP in Australia included leadership of special projects associated with the identification, development and evaluation of potential markets throughout Australasia. Colin has extensive consulting and senior management experience has encompassed the social services, primary health and the finance industries. His governance responsibilities have included strategic planning, monitoring social service and delivery of primary health contracts for Government and District Health boards among others.

Jennene Buckley
Chief Executive Officer
Feros Care's dynamic CEO Jennene Buckley is passionate about aged care and is an innovative leader in the industry. She has worked in the health and aged care sector for 20 years including roles in business management, finance management and the past 13 years as the CEO of Feros Care, an organization which she has expanded from a single locality, residential provider to one of the fastest growing services on the Australian east coast, spanning 4 states. She is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the company and for its 70+ aged and community care service programs. Jennene is also a Fellow to the Institute of Certified Practicing Accountants and has completed an Executive Leadership Program through the London Business School. She was a finalist in the 2008 Telstra Business Women of the Year Awards and apart from a two year stint in Ballina, has lived all her life in the Tweed, with her family and children studying and working in the area. Jennene has served on a number of industry and peak body committees the board of the Aged Care Services Associations NSW and ACT, is on the Aged Care Queensland Sustainability Committee and, as an accomplished, informed and engaging speaker, regularly attends state, national and international conferences.

Jason Bingham
Director
Jason was appointed to the Feros Care board in April 2018. Jason has diverse experience spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, having spent over 20 years in senior management and advisory roles in Australia and overseas. He has spent much of the past decade working with larger organisations, and their supply chains, introducing step change to the role and function of procurement and commercial services being key enablers of organisational success. Jason brings a wealth of skills and experience to the board, from strategic direction setting through to sustainable execution and corporate governance. He has a long-held interest in the human services sector, including ageing (and 'growing bold') and contemporary issues in the Australian context. In 2013, Jason was awarded a professional doctorate in business administration.

Andrew Young
Director
Andrew Young was appointed to the board November 2019. His past experience as a board member of St Vincent's Private Hospital Lismore for over 18 years has exposed him to the aged and health sectors. Additionally, he has experience in commercial finance, investment strategies, commercial development and the management of a business in a growth industry which compliments the diverse experience offered by other board members.

Janet Quigley
Director
Janet Quigley was appointed to the Feros Care Board in November 2020. Janet has a diverse range of public service experience, having spent the last 15 years in senior management positions. She has wide-ranging experience in strategic policy and program delivery and spent 18 years with the Commonwealth Department of Health, designing and implemented a range of health care reforms and strategies that have linked and interfaced with aged care. Janet has also lead negotiations with state and territory governments and worked closely with a varied range of industry stakeholders.

Lynn Warneke
Director
Lynn was appointed to the Feros Care board in November 2020. She has extensive executive experience in business, ICT and consulting roles for a diverse range of organisations, from start-up through to major commercial enterprise, across multiple sectors including: not for profit, publishing, government, tertiary education, and professional services. Throughout a 30 year career she has consistently worked at the intersection of business transformation, technology, digital innovation and people domains, to systemically improve staff, customer and citizen experiences and achieve strategic business outcomes. In addition to strong strategy, design, program delivery and management capabilities, Lynn has extensive governance and risk management experience in both operational and advisory board capacities. She is a passionate advocate for two interconnected goals: ensuring technology is accessible and usable for all, and increasing diversity and inclusion in the tech sector and across industry.
